While the European Parliament was busy voting on various green bond and emissions reduction initiatives, policymakers from Hong Kong to Washington to Brussels to London were busy building a framework to support clean hydrogen, low carbon transportation fuels, EV batteries/electric grid as well as sustainable project finance.
